hmmm, I wouldn't say it comes from human nature, because human nature seems to involve stripping people of there liberties while a few gain power. Until recently when an actual SOCIETY came about. Our ways were to force people into slavery and rule with an iron fist for the most part. Because for thousands of years slavery was huge. society gives us our liberties, not human nature.

Where did liberty come from?
I have a debatable subject that I cant seem to come up with strong facts for both sides, I would like to know your opinion for this subject.
Whether liberty comes to humankind by nature or if it is granted by society.
