Where can you get a good source of iron?

Gir Asked by chipshoy1242 10 months ago, 2 answers.

My Parents think that I'm not getting a good source of iron. Where can I get a good amount? And I'm a vegetarian, so please give me something without meat or fish in it.

Send this to a friend

Dark Green Leafy Vegetables.

incl. Spinach, Kale, Collard Greens, Mustard Greens, Chinese Gaai Laan, Choy Saan .. to name a few. These provide tons of iron as well as other minerals, but also lots of roughage so important to us primates ;-)

oh, and these all Taste Great .. so, Bon apétit!
