Wal Mart or Old Navy maybe? I'm pretty sure you can.

If you live in Canada you can get them from Roots, or almost any sports store.

Hanes and Fruit of the Loom make plain sweats. You can get those brands at Target, Walmart, K-Mart, and probably a ton of other stores.
