Where can i get luminous paints?

You know the luminous play paint the Black Eyed Peas have in there new video (I gotta feeling) well it glows in the dark.

my birthday is coming up, and well im thinking some really mad and fun stuff 2 do, when we go out afterwards.
But where can I...

get it?
I dont think Grocery stores sell it..
please answer. :D

uh... type it into google? that might come up with something.. also you could try and see if normall paint suppliers have it, they might do.
mate if you think of any fun crazy things me and my mates can do fir my bday that would be awsum!!!
