When will my son have sex or is he having sex behind my back

my son is single and he is 13

I'm sorry, but *how in the world* do you possibly expect complete strangers to know when your son will be having sex, or if he is now?

im a 13 year old boy and I say that he probably is having sex behind your back you will find out as soon as a condome ails that is if he is

it depends on his personality, usually at 13 they are are having sex, but I have a 13 yr old little brother and hes still a virgin, but he isnt all outgoing he has friends and a lot of them, but he isnt really open with the chicks like my older brother whom isnt a virgin is... once your son turns 14 is probably when stuff will happen, you can only hope that he'll stay a virgin till hes at least 16... im hoping and praying that my little brother wont end up at all like me or my older brother... but if I were you I would just try talking to him about it, and do what my mom does... she cant stop him from having sex, but she buys him protection trusting that he will use em, they continue to have sex, yes... but she trusts him...

Ok, let's break this down:
When will my son have sex?
When he wants to, unless you parent him and intervene. It's impossible for us to know your child better than you do.

Is he having sex behind my back?
I have no idea. I've never met your child. Only you know how if your child is smart enough to wait, or has a strong enough moral compass to wait until he's older. It's your job to teach him that waiting to have sex is IMPORTANT and teach him about the consequences of his actions.

A thirteen year old shouldn't be classified as 'single' or 'in a relationship'- they're children. It is of MY personal opinion that your child is too young to date. Remember back in the good ole days before teen pregnancies were the norm? Teens weren't allowed to date until they were 15 at the earliest. Times have changed, yes, but hormones haven't. If you give your child the freedom to screw whatever 13 year old child he wants, then you're as much to blame for the consequences as he is. He needs a curfew, and supervision. Girls shouldn't be allowed in his room, and he shouldn't be allowed in a girls room unsupervised. That's how it was for me, and that's how it will be when my son is older. I made it through my teens without resenting my parents for PARENTING me; and I also made it out without any STDs or unplanned pregnancies... just to clue you in.

maybe he is doing it behind your back but all you need to do is sit him down and just ask him about these things and discuss things with him

You can not ever know for sure but if I was you I would be very open with him and even buy him some condoms. Be sure when you give them to him tell him this is not you saying its okay to have sex this young however this is telling to be safe if you ever do have sex. And take him to get a phyical to be on the safe side, be very open and honest.
