Sorry ... HP's arent the greatest (thats good you've had luck with it though) And computers get updated and more advance almost every 6-7 months with better technology and fast speeds, an antique no more like a reminder of how slow we were in the past compared to the technology we will have in 40-50 years... It will be useless to your children as they will will need better ones then that unfortunatly... sorry to burst the bubble

When my laptop wears out, would it be an antique?
I haven't had this HP for long and pluss, it isn't very old. I'm asking this question for when it does wear out later down the road.
I have a feeling that'll become an antique. Would that be possible?...
If so, would it be a great keep sake? Or, if I kept it running as I get older, would it be worth passing down to my future children?
I can't imagine this laptop turning into an antique when I'm in my 70's or 80's. That's way down the road though since I'm 23. I'm wondering what your opinions would be on what my laptop would be like as an antique in the future. This is my first laptop since I don't own a desktop.
I love it! It works great! with a few minor problems. Overall, I think HP is a good brand since my computer hasn't failed on me so far. Anyway, just wondering what your thoughts are on this.
