Between 1-8 pm PST...it's more or less peak time for that 7 hour block, what hour during that time, depends on the day of the week other factors (eg, random spikes in interest, higher than normal returning visitors for the day, etc).

probably in weekends in the after noo and and night since people are leastest busy and dont have anything to do .
