When do you think?

When do you think the world is over? (not religious q)

to me when people stop caring about each other, and there are lots of poor people

A lot of uncontrollable disease, extreme environments and weather, etc etc. I think it is a series of events that will get from horrible to worse, pretty much a case of survival of the fittest until there is no one left because there is nothing more to sustain us (clean oxygen, food, etc). I don't think the planet itself will explode, but it might turn into a decayed dead star in the end. It might renew itself ala Ice Age, but it'll probably take way way longer than the amount of time it took for us to get out of the Ice Age.
