lol well I start with The nachos...Doritos White nacho cheese chips to be specfic or Torengos pepperjack chips, or Tostitos scoops lol. Then I the cheese sauce with green peppers and olives grounded beef optional

hmmm. when I make them I get the tostitos chips (restaurant style) jar of salsa (any kind that does not contain corn. bleh) I put nachos on a plate, scoop salsa onto the chips, then I grate mozarella cheese all over them. microwave for about 3-4 minutes, and presto. yummy nachos. sooo good. I dont get the people that use the cheese sauce type stuff. I'll take real cheese any day.

I start by scattering corn chips on the plate (preferably plain salted), and sprinkle grated cheese onto the chips. Then I microwave them for 20 seconds on high so the chips are warm and the cheese is melted.

After than, pile on some really chunky, meaty chilli, sprinkle more cheese, and pour some guacamole over the chilli. Finish with a dolop of sour cream. OMNOMNOMNOM!!!

I make one plate with piles full of toppings... sour cream, salsa, guacamole, mexican rice, and refried beans. the other bowl is full of chips. I pour massive amounts of shredded colby jack and cheddar on white tortilla chips and microwave. MMM. I'm all about dipping options.

Doritos nacho cheesier with hot chili on top, then cheddar and monterey jack cheese, sour cream and green onions on top. The chili gets the chips kinda soft and soggy like. MmMmMm
