3-4 days weight training a week

run around block every night with a friend or alone
sit ups till I cant do no more liek 3-4 a week
and bench 40 pounds 40 times a day

I use to workout a lot before I became sick. But my suggestion is alternating days of cardio and strength training about 30 to 45 minutes each session and of course taking one day off to let your body recuperate and heal. Another good thing to do is to do yoga every day for about 30 minutes and to stretch every morning for about 15 minutes. But make sure that you also stretch before and after you work out.
