What's wrong with my skin?

I dont really get my skin condition ...
skin is like covered with tiny acne dots yet these dots are tiny and dont look like acne in the way they are my skin's colour,not red and they're very small.in the small pacthes of clear skin,the pores are quite...

is it acne or an allergy or just a condition?
I drink lots of water and eat quite healthily so...anyone know how to fix it?

Talk to you primary doctor or a dermatologist.

It could be an allergic reaction, or a condition. It could be a minor outbreak of acne. But most likely it's just your hormones. Unfortunately spots are a part of growing up. Almost everyone gets them.

-Working in a damp environment with oil, grease and other chemicals.
-Stress or emotional tension.
-Menstrual periods.
-Certain medicines and chemicals.
These are all factors that could happen to make spots worse.

If you are still worried about it then go and see doctor, they may be able to give you over - the - counter facewash/cream.

Well it sounds like what I have but if it just started to appear I don't know. It also depends where the bumps are. Look up Keratosis Pilaris. I have the bumps on my arms, thighs. And I hate to tell ya this but if that is what it is, there's no way to get rid of it. But you can talk to a dermatologist who can prescribe you a lotion that minimizes them. Hope that helps.
