Whats wrong with my nans computer?

My nans computer is having a problem with loging on to facebook as it is keeps on saying that its loading and it just wont work. Can anybody help?

is it just facebook or other sites as well ?

well here is what I suggest :

1.restart the PC
2. make sure that in your connection (if it is a LAN connection) you have the option enabled that finds the PC;s IP automatically
3. restart your modem (supposing you have a DSL or ADSL connection)

if these dont work then conntact your ISP

to check if you have a filter enabled ( Filter meaning your ISP has blocked you from entering the site)

go to www.youhide.com...
and enter the link to the website (facebook for instance)
if the website opens then you might have a filter on your IP number
