Im a vet tech, heres some advice for you. Check all 4 of her paws and make sure none are cut, then rub her down from head to toe checking for cuts or gashes, sometimes they are there even if you can't seem them. If they won't take her to the vet just keep an eye on her. Let me know if you do find a cut on her and I can help you with what to do.

Maybe your dog sniffed and scratched or put its paw on the other thing that came in lol

To resolve her hyper issues, take her out for walks. When she's going crazy outside to come in, NEVER give in. If you give in at times but not at others, she'll be confused and will try to b/c sometimes she gets away with it. Ignoring her when she's acting like a nut outside. Pay attention to her when she's calm and well behaved.

Walking your dog will work miracles. They become more mellow. Good luck. Looks like the vet tech is already helping you with the cut(s).

TO mysterywolf and phrannie: Its a quicker way to write things if people spell that way so what does it matter? Its not hurting you or doing any damage to others who read it.

Yes, it's hurting me. It's hurting my eyes, and my head. And how the heck is it quicker? How is it quicker to spell 'do' with 'dew'?? With 'my' instead of 'mii'?? 'I'm a' instead of 'imma', or 'softy' instead of 'softee'? 'Dew' means something else anyway!

Omitting 'g's' behind words like "acting" and "fishing" to "actin" and "fishin" is totally fine, and that is understandably quicker.

She also has quite a few spelling mistakes, so I hold on to my belief that she should learn to spell.

I'm glad I'm not "worthy" of reading your chicken typing. If it's too much of a hassle to read, I'm not bothered to give you a "worthy" answer to your question.

wildcutee14:

Mysterywolf may be approaching you the wrong way about your spelling; it's normal for you to be offended. I still understand you but it takes a little more time to understand and does take attention away from your purpose, your serious question about your dog. I'm still wondering if you're from the UK. Remember that no one is perfect but just be open-minded about improving your spelling. Bad habbits, such as slangs, can affect you in a case where proper spelling is required (example: resume). Note: not that I think people from the UK has improper spelling; I think they do spell like that there.

Now, about your purpose of the question. It's really good that you take the time to take your dog for walks. I know exactly how you feel; I used to have to leave my dog outside because my parents didn't like her inside too. It really bothered me but some breeds really are ok just to be outside. With improper training and not enough exercise, they can distroy your house if they are VERY hight energy like that. I think that it would help you a lot if you would watch "The Dog Whisperer." I also know that paying attention to your dog is the biggest REWARD you can give them so if you're paying attention to them at a time where they're misbehaving then it only encourages them to do it more. I ignored the bad and rewarded the good behaviors; this resulted in housebreaking my dog in less than 3 weeks and I was also able to teach her all of the basic commands (sit, lay down, roll-over, jump up, stay, come, go to sleep, walk properly on leash, ect..).

Also, you sound like a true dog lover. Research the breed next time before getting another dog. If your activity level is low, try to get a small dog that doesn't require much exercise or a big breed that is ok with much less exercise. Don't get a dog because they're cute or popular. Get one that fits your lifestyle and you cannot go wrong. Adopting an older dog (1 year or older) can also be a success too because you'll already know their good/bad habbits. Good luck and update us (those who care about you and your dog's safety) about your dog.

Take care.
