why does every time I walk in a room and people look at me I think there thinkin something negative about or if I hear people laughing around I just no there laughing at me or if I hear someone say my name I think there talkin crap about me why

It sounds to me like you suffer from kind of an inverted self-centerness...When I say inverted, I mean that you seamingly think everyone is talking, thinking or laughing about you. The fact is, the chances are unlikely that they are giving you anything more than a passing glance, and an even more fleeting thought...before getting on with their own thoughts or problems.

I get the same thing. everytime I hear someone laughing or snickering I automatically think ther laughin at me...im just really self-concious and that could be why you are the way you are too.
