Youre upset. Whatever youre going through pain is usually normal - it means "Do something to stop hurting".
Start by
1)Sleeping at LEAST 8 hours a day - NO MORE. NO LESS.
2)Eat balanced meal. Dont know what that is? THEN DRINK MILK, at least a quart A DAY, unless you are eating balanced- milk also has been proven to help sleep AND lose weight. BECAUSE its balanced.
3)Get SUNLIGHT at least 20 minutes outside, at least an hour if overcast.
4)Spend time with your friends or pets, and family.
5)yes, dammit, there was a yesterday, there is a tomorrow, THIS IS today. If any issues with this, today is November 9,2005 at midnight. When you read this again, it will be tomorrow.
