When you do not eat your stomach still has digestive acids. The stomach acids are eating away at the lining of your stomach and by the time you do eat, your stomach is so irritated that it produces more acids to digest your food that you did eat and that is what causes loose stools and diarrhea.
I am not trying to be mean but it sounds like you need to start eating more, and if you can't then you need to talk to someone because it sounds like a eating disorder to me. Eating disorder is a compulsion to eat or aviod eating. If you keep the way you are going, then it can cause physical problems and also mental problems. Stomach acids are very powerful, eat something at least 3 times a day even if it is a slice of bread or crackers. Good luck
I looked on your profile...from what you said on there...on this thread...and the fact your BMI is 17...[which I worked out from your profile]...you're anorexic.
unfortunatly diareah is one of the horrible side-effects from anorexia [and bulimia].
as far as I understand it can be caused purely by not eating enough food.
your stomuch is trying to push food out when you don't have hardly anything to pass through.
so it's forcing out what it can.
I hate it too.

Ok this is a bit gross if im honest but here I go...
I dont eat a lot just salad, fruit and veg really but I dont eat very often 3/4 times a week but when I do I always get diarrea why do you think this is and what should I do??
