Your right there is something wrong with you and it's called a eating disorder. Average person needs to consume at least 1800 calories a day. And just to let you know if your body doe snot consume enough calories it will store fat becuase it think you won't be eating anytime soon this makes it actually harder to lose weight. Just eat healthy and enjoy being a kid stop worrying about the litte tthings in life

dont be so focused on your weight you know what helped me be happi with what I've got?? I actualli gained weight and hated it so so much I lost it and went back to mi normal weight and felt so good about my self and I guess guys notice things like that lol

Just because your stomach is flat that doesnt mean its not fat. I have a flat stomach and I am 35 percent body fat. So let me tell you this you are growing you need at least 2000 calories a day. You have issues you have a serious eating disorder and if you dont start eating properly Im afraid we will see you on the 9 oclock news saying teenage girl starved herself to death only consuming 500 calories a day. YOU NEED TO CONSULT A PHYSICHIAN WE CAN NOT HELP YOU!!!
Yea, this is something I have seen around me all the time. My sister was like this too. She definitely passed this phase though. Its a psychological thing, you think you're fat, but you're not. You should find a weight that you can maintain. See, if you eat 1500 calories a day which is the norm, your body weight will become what your healthy weight is supposed to be (did I just confuse you?) But yea, try this. When you eat, eat when you're hungry! Always make sure you eat slow and stop when you're full. Never feel guilty for eating, everyone gets hungry for a reason...because our bodies are telling us that it needs fast energy. I'm 5'6 and 115 lbs. I am telling you, I never starve myself, because that is just extremely bad for you. I eat a lot of veges, whole grains, fruits, skim milk, lean meats, and dark chocolate
Don't feel bad for eating burger and fries. If you crave it eat it, but do that only once or twice a week. Also if you eat less calories, your body's metabolism slows down like CRAZY. Your body is so used to getting less calories that it stores every calorie that you eat and it actually makes it more difficult for you to lose weight. What will happen if I burn off all the calories I eat?
I don't know what's wrong with me! But I hate it.
I have like 500 calories everyday, today I had about 450 I think, but I feel like a major pig? I'm not, am I? I burn off every single calorie by playing dance dance revolution because there's a workout...
mode...and I don't eat any junk food on a daily basis, not even once a month. I have lost 60 pounds since august I think. And I'm 13, 5'11, and 127 pounds. I feel like a pig and a cow, like I'll tell myself, "all you have to do is lose 5 pounds than you don't have to worry"! And when I lose however much I want to lose more after that. I count calories, and sometimes my dad will get me fast food, (rarely) and whatever it is I'll see how many calories it is by looking it up online. So I technically only have 0 a day, because I burn all of them off. And I am lightly to very active depending on the day. How many calories should I eat minimum?
