What's wrong with me?

ok so for the past couple of days I have been feeling really sick to my stomach head aches my neck feels really weird and my head feels really heavy and I feel dizzy what can this be I know I should go see a dr but it wasnt that bad until right now it was like this yesterday but today it got worse can someone tell me what they think it is

I know it's frustrating but those are very vague symptoms which can be part of a number of health related issues--the only way to definitively know is to see your primary care physician and please remember if the symptom's become too much for you to visit your local emergency department.
