Why can't I get pregnant?

We are trying to get pregnant for about 5 Months. we have got a full check up and everything is normal.But why iam not yet pregnant...
we are depressed.

Please advice

There may not be anything wrong with you at all. There is only a 25% chance of a women becoming pregnant each cycle. The best time to try to conceive is 5 days leading upto ovulation, the day of, and the day after ovulating. This is because sperm can survive inside a womens fallopian tubes anywhere from 3-7days. However after an egg is released out of the ovary it is only available for 12-24 hours to be fertilized by sperm. In all reality, it is not as easy as many would think it is to become pregnant!! I suggest that after sex, you lay on your back with your hips ellevated for about 20 minutes to make sure that the sperm had made its way down to the fallopian tubes.
