havent gotten my period this month but whenever I run it feels like im getting it and I have cramps and everything. And I have bad headaches and I still get out of breath easily, like together I was just juggling a soccer ball and lost my breath. I know im not over weight, im only 110 and 5'4. Can someone help me out?
