It just means you purely HATE whatever it is your talking about... you just completely can NOT STAND IT!
Like - I HATE ___ WITH A PASSION!!!
Overall it just means you REALLY hate whoever or whatever it is =]

hate is a very strong word, to emphasise ti by saying 'with a passion' denoted that there's is NOTHING about it which you find acceptable...
