If its bigger than a pea, then I advise you to go to your doctors to have it checked out.

honey its called a rising..its like a blackhead that you get and dont pop (but I dont blame you cause you cant see it) if it hurts and you squeeze it and dont get anything out then you need to go to the doctor and let them scrape it out because theres a core to it and it wont come out of the head thats there. umm, you can get them ( and im sure youre not a nasty person) but you know how girls aer down there and you have to clean really good everytime you take a shower and it may be where youve missed it a few times...and dont worry I've gotten them before to.
