Hmm I would have 2 say Dead Silence!! That was really freaky I even hated the commercials to that movie and I had nightmares about it 2!!! Oh and I also hated that saying: Beware the stare of Mary Shaw. She had no children, only dolls. And if you see her, do not scream. Or she’ll rip your tongue out at the seam.

"I Am Legend" was the best scary movie that I have ever seen... before I saw that, it was "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The beginning"! Both are very scary!

The Shining

Yeah I Am Legend definetly did have scary scary parts! Ah like when he first ran into those...things!
As a kid, my scariest was definetly The Gate.
I hardly find anything scary anbymore though, unfortunately

But I'd have to say, Blair Witch Project.

yeah the shining!! but don't get the 5 1/2 hour long version though. get the version with jack nicholson! pretty bada$$. I also like nightmare on elm street, the exorcist, psycho, silence of the lambs, and alien. all really scary! to me anyway :D

a movie from the late 70's called the "changeling" it is about a ghost of a child that wants the man that has moved into his family home to find out what happend to him very spooky I have seen it several times and there is one part in particular that still gives me goose bumps every time I see it but it starts out slow but it is worth the watch.

EVIL DEAD

hmmm...the only movie that I ever found scary was Evil Dead...but I was 7 back then...haha

I think you don't know because it's Indonesian's movie, and that movie was only avaible in Indonesia's 21. Name's Mirror and Bangsal 13... Huuuh ...! It was scary...!

I'm hoping to watch some of the movies that others have mentioned on here, glad you asked. It really bothers me that I have never in my life been scared during a movie, never jumped or anything. I go and watch horrer movies all the time and all these people are always jumping, even the guys. I want to feel a jump, haha. Hopefully I'll have some success.
