Im trying to find the best way posible to loose the stomach and get some abbs. Im 6'2" 250 pounds with an athletic build. I am active, I play ice hockey and baseball. I lift weights but the only differance im seeing is that im faster. I didnt gain much muscel as far as I can see.
well you can take some things 2 drink and work out.. that stuff usualy workz...like whey gain...some require you 2 drink before you work out, some after, soem during.. go to a mediicine shop and ask watz good.

if you want abs try doing 20 sit - ups a dau and if you want muscles , try doing 20 push - ups a day
