I say the SAW's series because they are very disturbing with all of the ways they kill/torture the people.

SALEMS LOT, the scene where the kids little brother comes floating up to the window and then starts scratching at it and saying let me in - truly a very horrifying moment in cinema. the vampire make-up in that flick was very cool as well.

does anyone remember a series or movie called V, they pulled their faces off and died, that I remember as scary(please note I was only 6 at the time)

I have the entire series of 'V' , personally, I still think t rocks!

the second alien installment, directors cut. its a pretty creepy and intense film. it builds up and builds up gradually. the way horrors should be. instead of people just getting killed left right and centre. or using sick shock tactics, like the saw films. and yeah IT scared the crap outa me when a was a kid but im not sure it would have much merit now
