Whats the best cell phone?

cell hpone but it cant be like $200 unless theres an online discount or something. Also my mom has bad credit so how are they with that?

Verizon always has the cheapest messaging/calling plans so if you want a qwerty keyboard I would go with verizon. Since you want email and internet you should probably look into a blackberry, verizon has a huge variety of them so you just need to pick the one who's body you like the best. Most of their blackberries are under 200 if you are getting a new plan because you get a 2 year contract discount.

Most phone companies won't give you a cell plan if you have bad credit. They check for this. If they turn you away, perhaps you can look into a go phone. Verizon also has a prepay plan with a lot of the phones that they offer for contract plans.
