If you're a male, the healthy weight is around 150lbs.
Female, about 10lbs less.
ask your doctor they can tell you pretty quickly using bmi its body mass index but even thats not perfect because if you have more muscle you will wigh more because muscle weighs more then fat im not that tall so I dont want to give you a rough estimate
