Whats the white stuff that comes outta girls???

I get it like every 1/2 hour!!!!!

It is vaginal discharge. Sounds normal! Some of us just get it more than others. (sometimes I have it about every 30 minutes too... I hate that.) At different points in your cycle you can produce more than other times. I would keep a chart for when you have a lot of discharge, then if you see a pattern you can anticipate it and wear a panty liner.

If it is producing a heavy unpleasant odor, is accompianied by itching or burning, or is a funky color like green or yellow then you should see a doctor.

Have you ever had sex? And do you dutch, if you dutch it will make the discharge less.
