I hate hanna montana-mily cirus and girly stuff even though im a girl.. I only have like 30 songs on my ipod and I need more!!! I luv 3 days grace, eveanscene,my chemical romace,linkin park, and lil of fall out boy. I kinda like, like these bands kinda...

If you're into rock...don't go for the new stuff.
It's all crappy and depressing.
Music is like food. It feeds your mind. Feed it depression, you will be depressed. Feed it screams, you will be angry.
I advise classic rock. I agree with you, I despise girly stuff too but I also despise screamo and such. Classic rock is PERECT in my opinion. I have been listening to it for over two years and no other type of music interests me at this point.
The best artists are:

- Lynyrd Skynyrd (sweet home alabama)--classic
- Def Leppard (pour some sugar on me)--rock strong beat
- BON JOVI (#1!) (blaze of glory)--awesome

- Ozzy Osbourne (I just want you) --hard rock
- Pearl Jam (world wide suicide) --heavy
- Led Zeppelin (stairway to heaven)--slow but good

And if you REALLY want some screams:
- Nirvana (heart shaped box) -- emotional
- Metallica (seek and destroy) --very screamo like
