Whats safe to use to hold a lizard?

I have an old tank, and I want to get a lizard and put it in there.
Whats safe to use to clean the tank that wont harm the lizard?

Advisor-small

There is this stuff at Petco, Petsmart, etc called "Critter Cleaner". It's made to clean out tanks and cages, and is not harmful to animals.

If you can't find it, something gentle but antibacterial, like Dial soap, with some warm water should do the trick.

I dont want to spend loads of money though, I already have a lot of the stuff it needs, im probably just going to get some safe kind of sand or something, and the lizard itself. I have everything else, I just dont want to use regular sand because I heard it can be harmful.

so I just want to use something I can find at my house that would do the trick.

use reptile frendliy disinfectent or bacterier hand wash but it has to be mild
