Whats going on with my cell phone?

I have a Pay-As-you go,Impulse phone.
Normally,after 9 at night,I have unlimited time to talk,and when Imake a call,it says "Time available for this call:Unlimited"

But for some reason,tonight,I went to make a call,and it told me I only had 6 minutes...

to do so.I tried calling 3 other numbers,to se if it was just that one number,but they all said I only had 6 minutes to talk.

Is this a problem on verizons end? or mine?

ya phone companies lie all the time. same with my pre paid verizon cell phone.
