Therapy... talking and working through your problems. Learning new coping skills. That is as natural as it gets.
I always try doing a small service for someone...no one in particular...nothing life changing...just simple. Like for example: try holding the door open for the next person coming in and then smile at them. most likely they will say thank you and instead of being polite and normal by saying you welcome, say something unique like, 'you better believe it sister!!!' or start with common courtesys and make them energetic and unique. or I wouldn't call this a service but when your in a public place like the grocery store try smiling at a little kid and making them laugh or smile back. for some reason, that always makes me feel happy. Try waking up each morning and going to bed each night and think of all the things you are thankful for. if you are religous pray and include these thanks, if your not leave the prayer out but have a sincere humble heart. nothing greater brings joy than the things we are thankful for
I hope that helps. I don't really think that was the anwere you were expecting...but I do hope it helps.

Good luck !!
Actually, medications prescribed by a competent doctor can definitely work in the long run.
However, because of your age, I would strongly recommend against them. Instead, I would suggest you become more physically active--start jogging, dancing regularly, or swimming. In addition, talk to your parents about how you feel, or find a therapist or counselor you can talk to.
yeah thats why I dont really want to take them
plus I have a very addictive personality so I woudnt trust myself wit them!!!
but to 'lifeseeker42' its not so much being nice to people and stuff and trying to think more positively, I mean I do that already but I still burst into tears!! its only being like this the past week or so..im usually happy though...I just dont feel like myself...it happend me last year aswell, I used to just cry for no reason EVERY SINGLE DAY and I cryd myself 2 sleep...ahhh well
I'm sorry. I wish I could help. I hate that some people like you have to feel this way. I really do. that is so not what life was meant to be like. what are you thankful for? I guess creating you own happiness is easier for some. I wish I could share some of mine
