Whats a mental hospital like?

I have spent 5 years of my life in 4 different mental hospitals and all were very nice, it depends on which ones you loke at .
The staff were very nice to me and treated me like a normal person . I am fussy when it comes to food so I had to get used to the food they had, but it was good food when I got used to it . If you don't get into any trouble with the other patients it is a good place to stay .

Uhm not fun?
I don't even want to count how many I've been in...

-they're soo dreary
-the food is disguting
-the people can really get on your nerves
-and depending on how you act the staff is either your new bff or your worst nightmare...

I was put in there for depression and just being in that supid plain white cell made me more depressed then when I went in...

but I guess it depends on what your sent in there for...
it might be like heaven or your on person hell...
and when your there you just gotta try to make the best of it...

but personally I'd avoid them if you can...

my brother was in one for 6 years and it was hell he said he went in really skinny and came out a fat kid LOL it took him over a year and a half to loose weight and his friends couldnt go see him only family and only certain days a week dont go its not worth it.

I think they treat you with respect maybe some wont but I dont think is a good ideal to go there... some things you may like and some things you may not like! good look!
