Whats a good photoshop program?

I had photoshop CS2 then took it off, didnt reeally like it

Adobe Photoshop Elements works well for me. It can be hard to understand if you're not used to it, but I took a crash course and use it alll the time. Since I do pictures for people I'm always using it and it works great!

Adobe Photoshop is the best image editing program there is. If you don't like it then that's your problem. Perhaps you should upgrade to CS3 but if you didn't like CS2 then I don't think you'll like the later version any more. If you insist on not using Adobe Photoshop then I'm sure a simple Google search will turn up something. Perhaps search for 'Adobe Photoshop alternative' or something along those lines.
