My husband likes to make lime-chicken nachos! They are sooo good, here's how he does it:

You will need: Boneless, skinless chicken breast, Chicken Fajita Seasoning, Tortilla Chips, Lime, Velveeta Cheese, and Pace w/cilantro Salsa

1. Let the chicken marinate in the chicken fajita seasoning and lime juice for 30 min.

2. Prep a skillet with cooking spray or oil and begin to cook the chicken, add more lime if you like while it is cooking.

3. Heat up the Velveeta, and when it is melted, add some of the salsa to it.

4. You can either mix the chicken and cheese together, or just put the chips, cheese, then the chicken for some awesome nachos!

what you do is heat up your over to like 250 degrees put nachos in an oven safe plate or something like that sprinkle shredded cheese on it then add chicken and chili put another layer of nachos and do the same you could add jalapenos keep it in for like 5 minutes or at least untill the cheese melts and enjoy, it's a great MANLY meal. lol
