Whats a good job to get if your 14

im 14..and I want a resanable job..but im not sure..

babysitting,
animal sittiing,
work at a farm,
train horses,
I don't know be creative sell stuff on ebay sell your clothes

not many chain stores like to higher minors try home owned buisneses

First of all, try not to be too choosey - remember that at 14, you don't have a lot of experience

Apply at local convenience stores or movie theatres, but try not to jump into anything too big to begin with...you need to ease into the working world - it's much tougher out there than it looks!

Most companies can't hire you under 16 unless you have a work permit from your parents (and sometimes the state) because of insurance reasons.

Some good jobs have already been listed. I would add:

Paper Route (Don't knock it)
Cleaning Crew
Amusement Park (I started @ 14)
Volunteer Work (It looks good when you get older)
SCHOOL - Now there is a full time job.

If you don't do well now, you'll never make real money.
