Dried fruit I would not recommend due to the high sugar content.
Almonds instead of peanuts as they are lower in fat.
Granola, Frozen fruit is a great alternative to sugary popsicles
Yogurt (read the label first)
The rule of thumb is generally anything with less than 3 grams of fiber is not worth eating LOL...
As for the AM - I would not recommend you eat cereal, oatmeal, or bagels in an excessive amount. Instead I would recommend eggs, a meal substitute, or something with protein - If you must have a bagel, put peanut butter on it.
Your body needs protein first thing in the AM in order to replenish its supply.
