Those are the only two I can think of off hand that are free, web based encyclopedias.

Support your local library. Use them. Go to them. Many have more than books. And they are FREE. You have several in your city. Montgomery County City Library at 245 High St.; Public Library at 6030 Monticello Dr.; and I'm sure that your school has a library also.
