Like where your hair sticks up.
Its usually some where along the
hairline. Its called that bc people
say it looks like a cow licked you
and made your hair stand up.

Lame; oh well. :p

it doesnt always stand up...it can also be when the hair just want to go backwards...if that makes sense.
