Im thinking on waxing my bikini area because shaving is a nightmare and I keep getting bumps and things no matter whch way I try it, and the hair grows back too fast. But I've never waxed before. Does anyone have any waxing products that are good so I...

get that babys skin feel ? If you dont mind saying if you wax what products do you use and which ones would you reccomend me not to buy ? I've onli got about £10 maximum thanks =)

Keep in mind how painful waxing is, especially in that area.

It's not even safe to wax such a sensitive area.

I'd recommend saving up for laser. =P

I really dot have the money for that tho and I know its going to be painful I've waxed my legs once and ouch lol but im just gonna stand through the pain :P

Waxing the bikini area hurts 10 times more, though. :/

To get a sample of a portion of the pain, try plucking one hair from that area.

Have you tried a product called Vaya Smooth?

It's specifically made for ingrown hairs and razor bumps.

As for the waxing, I'd recommend first going (just has to be once) to a professional, so that you don't hurt yourself the first time you do it and then after that you can try some wax products.

Well, waxin does hurt, but right after you pull the paper, put a warm towell on that spot! Just like at the hair salon!

hi, I hv done waxng lots of times on my arms and underarms too bt never any other area. bt this time I decided I m gonna wax bikini area as I m tired of shaving. I knew it will be very painful bt I was ready. I asked my husband to do on me as I m shy to take off my panty in front of anyone else. he started ,it was painful bt not like deadly. I can bear it and we keep going. I cud bear that pain and I m so happy after I m done. its now more than a week and still so clean and soft. I used the hot wax which came in a jar as its more easy than a cold wax. I warm it on the stove and whenever wax is cold I warm it for few more seconds. bt pls don't apply hot wax on your skin,blow it first and then apply .test it first and be ready. you hv to do it,its too gd and too clean. and now I decided I will never shave.

Hey, I know you asked this question ages ago.. but I'm ging on holidaytmoroe and have brought the veet waxing strips, for legs and for bikini. My hair sounds like yours..please let me know how it was I am just doing my anils atm.. and ready to try the waxing !!

hey I got a brazilian wax at a day spa here in miami beach, and it hurt like a muther, so now I just get the personal shave so my recomendation is to get the shave. you can stop bumps and all that by soaking the area in warm water and using moisturizing lotion first to soften up the area to shave, then make sure you shave in the direction of hair growth not against the grain, also clean your razer a lot. sometimes its best if your friend does it for you as they could get at the area better and more directly
