What does your life mean to you?

about a year ago, I was asked (by a very close friend), "what does your life mean to you?" and I wasn't sure how to respond. how do you respond to a question like that? I know he wasn't threatening me. he just wanted an answer. I pretended I forgot something so I could ask a friend the same question, and tell her why, and she said her parents, but even she was unsure of how to reply. I didnt answer him though. lol. but I am curious, how would you respond? P.S. he like two years older than me.

wow, thats a hard question too. I would have bailed at the moment but now I have to think about it.
I'm not really sure what to answer because im not really sure of the question. I can answer who I am, why I want to be living, why im here... I guess it would be why I want to be living.
but then again it almost seems like what does it mean to me value wise. like "oh you mean so much to me" do I think I'm worth something.
or it could mean where are you going with your life. like what does it mean in terms of a good job, education, money etc.

and now I will be thinking about that the rest of the night. thanks...

I think he meant "what does your life worth mean to you." oh gave you something to think about, well, I guess it'll help you know more about yourself. lol.

I'm actually not to sure what it means to me yet nor do I think a lot of people know the answer to that question. I think you have to have had a lot of experiences in your life to even be able to relate to that question so I don't think that a young generation could even remotely get that question because we all have different standards and values

Too live in harmony with the environment as much 'humanly' possible & to achieve something which has a positive effect on others after I am gone.

hmm ... my life means making the world a better place and creating hope for those in need and being there for those who have noone. pretty much doing what I can for this world.

my life? well, if you actually consider it a "life" then it should end ASAP! I've never done anything meaningful and I just make it harder for everyone around me! So...really. Why am I even here? Just the fact that I was BORN screws everything up, considering my family didn't even WANT me! No one does, and people like me should all get together so we can all commit suicide! Anyone with me? HOW should we die?
