Would this long distance relationship work?

I really like this guy, he's 34 miles away from where I live and 5 years older than me [21] .. I'm 16 but I really like him, he's not like the idiots I talk to and theres def a spark there between us.

cinema and im chuffed that he's taken an interest in me .. we're always laughing on cam and we get on so well ..

I've asked him to come out for my birthday and he said he will.

Your relationship would work until he got caught and taken to jail... lol. I don't know what the age laws are where you are but here it would not be ok. Sorry, I guess if your parents are ok with it then it is ok. And I don't think 34 miles away is considered long distance. He is 21 so he should be able to drive. So he could come and see you. But you should think about why a guy who is 21wants to be with a 16 year old.

Im sure you are so flattered that you cant see the real picture here. Does that not open your eyes to anything? If hes not like the other prats out there, then he wouldnt be interested in minor. Usually when an older adult guy, is interested in a young teen, its because they are very naive, and easy to persuade. If he starts talking sex, or anything sexual, you better run!

hey im16 and with a fiance with the age of 21. if your heart issaying go for it then I deffinetly would. you only live once and if you dont experience life than you wont know foryour future. people may say things to you about the age difference but dont let them brake you down. go after what your heart says...

Me and my boyfriend live 45 min. away from each other and we've been going out for over a year. It can work!!! if you 2 love each other it will work. Me and my boyfriend dont have that much of an age difference but age is only a number so go with your heart and what it tells you.

I'm not touching that one with a ten foot poll.
