No you won't go blind, you just won't see very clearly, and you'll fail your driving test when you take it (you have to pass a vision test.)
You can get glasses or contacts or get eye surgery (their costs are in that order.)
For any of the above you first need an exam by an eye doctor - ophthalmologist.
(I like wire-rimmed glasses.)
