If you need glasses but you don't wear them all them time or when your supposed, could go actually go completely blind?

Your eyes will probably get worse... And honestly they will probably just get to a point where you cannot do anything without them and then you'll wear them all the time...

No you won't go blind, you just won't see very clearly, and you'll fail your driving test when you take it (you have to pass a vision test.)
You can get glasses or contacts or get eye surgery (their costs are in that order.)
For any of the above you first need an exam by an eye doctor - ophthalmologist.
(I like wire-rimmed glasses.)

And yes, your eyes WILL probably get worse, but that is more a factor of aging and loss of flexability of your eye muscles.

not right away, but over time its possible
if you need glasses but dont wear them then your putting unessessary strain on your eyes, and later on in life your eyesite will be a lot worse than it would have been if you wore them all the time
