What type of chip do i need for pictures on a sanyo scp-3100?

I need to find out about the chip necessary so I can download pics and video from my cell directly to my computer. I was angry I payed $46 for some 1.3 megapixel pics to download to my e-mail. My cell phone company is robbing me I believe when these...

aren't the best pics to be had and I payed $46??? I am losing it with them.

A sim card. Actually that is a good price since the phone regularly cost about $150.00. Cellphone picture are not that great. Get a MOTORAZR V3. they take good pictures
