What to write to my hospitalized friend?

I am having real troubles with trying to write to one of my friends...she has recently been admitted in hospital for her ED, and I want to send her a letter as I am not allowed to visit her...I speak to her on MSN etc, but when I write to her I dont reaally want to mention anything that may be hard for her, such as her ed etc..
so if anyone has any ideas that could cheer her up, and that would be nice things to say that would be great...thanks...

tell her how much you care about her and that shes a very important person in your life and you'll help her get through her eating disprder and/or issues .

how about you mention the really fun times youve had? and theres plenty more to come when she gets out?

tell her to feel better, something that will give her an ego boost. tell her that it wasnt her fualt, and that all will be good for her.
go try and improvise.
