What to wear to a "sleazy 90's party" ??

So my introduction week for my college is next week, and I just got this email in my inbox:

Hi IMEM/IGAD/ART Freshman,

On the second day we're having a Sleazy 90s Party.
So make sure to bring the right clothes to get dressed up for this...

evening!
Two door b*tches will be checking your outfit before you may enter the party.

What do I wear??

Ugh...I don't even know why you want to go...how disgusting.

The 90's weren't exactly 'sleazy' to begin with...take a look at some of the 90's styles:

OMG!!! FROSH?!? I'm excited for my frosh week as well... tho my party is a black light party :P

ummm... but since you're in the art department... make your own outfit outta cheap looking material all cut up - since it needs to be sleazy make a skirt, make a top showing some tummy? lol something cute and flirty... if you need a jump start look at google images to help ya jog some ideas!! happy
