its impossible for it to get to 60 degrees you would die if it were even 40

yeah pritty much but if it warm to you there why not wear tight jeans and a coat with a low cut shirt underneath?

I'm not a guy... but I can wear that outfit because its like freezing here almost, but it is warming up.
