How do i ask my friend and neighbor out?

I'm 13 years old and there is this girl I really like. How should I ask her out? We are great friends and neighbors

well if yall are great friends you guys would probably make an awesome couple so if i were you i wouldn't ask her on tha fone or text messagin or anything cuz thats just lame and a gurl likes it more when a guy asks in person... and don't be like all of a sudden ask her out be like talkin and complement her and then wait a little while like maybe 10 minutes or so then go for it but make sure she likes you cuz if you don't it could damage your relationship greatly and make sure that before yall go out yall agree that if yall break up it won't effect your friendship cuz that tha most important part. well hope this helps if you need more advice email me or somethin
