What to make with mushrooms?

My hubby came home the other day with a 1kg bag full of mushrooms!!! and of course mushrooms dont keep very long until they get slimy in the fridge, and I dont think I could stand eating another mushroom with another meal!!! lol!! and I just cant...

bear to throw them out! so could anyone please give me a recipe so that I can use up the mushrooms!! (and please dont say mushroom soup!!)

well you dont have to make soup but you can make a sauce with them and use it another time with fish or beef or something like a gravy or tomato based sauce I love mushrooms haha Look for recipes on google

I somtimes just eat white mushrooms raw I hate how they're slimy when they get cooked *gag* lol seriously

steak with sauted mushrooms and onions, with a side of mashpotatoes. Use the Juice from the steaks that collects at the bottom of the pan you cook it in as gravy, adding corn starch or flour.

You can fry them with green peppers and onion and put it on steak or chicken, you can mix it in scrambled eggs or make an omlete, you can try putting them in a meat loaf... I can't think of anything else, but those are some things I use mushrooms in
