well if he likes fishing you could get him fishing gear like.., fish hooks, bait, a new fishing pole, water bobbers, stuff like that. I got my step dad that for his b-day and he liked it. u're dad might too, or you could try a t-shirt that says best dad ever, that's also what I got him he laughed at me it made him feel good. lol

ummm... get him a really nice shirt... something down to earth... scince he likes fishing... I'm thinging an AE polo or maybe a fishing vest... then scince he loves cooking... maybe you can suggest on what to cook and cook it with him... why not a pizza topped with all your favorite toppings!

Well I think the best thing to do is just spend time with him. Do something he wants to do and make it about him. Take him to a movie or go golfing with him.
